Estimates, not advice
Redundancy Pay UK gives illustrative estimates of the UK statutory redundancy minimum based on published government rates for 2026/27. It's a general information tool, not legal, employment, or financial advice. The calculator shows the statutory minimum only. Your actual position depends on your full circumstances, including your contract, any enhanced scheme, notice pay, holiday and other income. Speak to an employment solicitor or ACAS before making decisions.
Accuracy
We work to keep the rates and calculations correct, but we can't guarantee the figures are error-free or right for your situation. The calculator makes simplifying assumptions and won't capture every case. Don't rely on it as your only source when money or employment decisions are involved.
No liability
You use this site at your own risk. Redundancy Pay UK accepts no liability for any loss or decision made on the basis of the estimates shown here. The official position is set by the government at gov.uk/redundancy-your-rights.
