What we can and can't help with
We're happy to answer questions about the calculator, fix mistakes in the figures or rates, and take feedback on the guides. What we can't do is advise on your own redundancy. Every case is different, and your entitlement depends on your contract, length of service, notice, and whether the redundancy is genuine. For that, speak to an employment solicitor, ACAS on 0300 123 1100, or Citizens Advice.
